An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Finance and HR Assistant to join our busy and highly collaborative Finance and HR Team in July 2024 (or earlier if available).

The successful candidate will support both our Finance Officer and HR Officer ensuring timely and positive outcomes for the school.

You will support all areas of Human Resources administration, including personnel files, updating the schools Information Management System, pay and new starters and Leavers information. You will also support the organisation of recruitment activities for the school.

You will support all financial matters under the guidance of the Finance Officer, including raising Purchase Orders and invoices, responding to supplier queries, checking deliveries and updating the schools Finance systems.  

You must be able to multi-task and be prepared to go the extra mile.

You will have experience in a similar Finance and HR role, ideally gained within Education, but not essential.

With exceptional organisational skills, you will be able to prioritise and work to deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and a meticulous eye for detail are essential.

The salary offered is between £26,609 and £28,770 per year FTE to be pro rata to 40 weeks per year, term time only, 30 hrs per week so between £19,002 and £21,219 per annum.
